Urgent Action Letters
Urgent Actions target human rights abuses which need quick action. Group 361 members appeal to those with the power to end the abuse -- government officials. If you would like to write letters, see the options:

Option 1:
Join members of Local Group 361 in writing letters. Your one letter will be copied for each member, who will sign and put it in the mail, multiplying your effort. You may write on one or more Actions monthly from thoroughly checked fact sheets. Join our local effort by e-mailing us, or calling Carrie at 518-453-0545.
Option 2:
Check out Amnesty International USA (AIUSA) Urgent Actions, at this page, which allows you to act on your own, on cases you access electronically. Free e-mail/fax options are available on the AIUSA site.
